The business class passengers get the priority check-in. The passengers can also web check-in. The web check-in counter opens 48 hours prior to the departure of the flight. The airport check-in counter opens 3 hours prior to the departure for the international flights while the check-in counter for the domestic flights opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight.
Free Baggage Allowance and Baggage Fees for flights within Jetstar Asia
- The business class passengers are allowed 30kg checked in baggage.
- No single bag should weight more than 32kg. If the weight of the bags exceeds 32kg, then they will be charged.
- They can also purchase extra 10 kg and carry up to 40 kg as a checked in baggage.
- For the hand baggage, the business class passenger can carry 2 pieces of baggage each weighing up to 7 kg each.
- The dimension of the hand baggage should not exceed 56cm X 36cm X 23cm.
