Hawaiian Airlines is the biggest airline of Hawaii founded on 30th January in the year 1929 by the name of Inter-Island Airways. The airline company is based in Honolulu, Hawaii. Moreover, the airline flies to 28 destinations. Its main hub in Honolulu.

Baggage policy plays an important role in understanding the regulation and procedures of the Airlines.   • Maximum Dimensions (length + width + height): 45 linear inches (22 x 14 x 9 in) or 115 centimeters (56 x 36 x 23 cm) including handles and wheels.

Checked Baggage:  

  • Weight- 50 pounds or 23 kgs
  • Dimensions: 62 inches or 157 cm

Hand Baggage

Charges

Excess Baggage Charges:  $25.00 USD ($15.00 for Hawaiian Miles members on Neighbor Island flights)

Special baggage

Special Charges are incurred. Also, registration and approval are required.

Travelling pet

  • Pets Permitted in Cabin: small dogs & cats to fly in the passenger cabin
  • $35 fee to be paid for pets with the passenger in a cabin on flights between islands.
  • Weight must not exceed 25 pounds.

Baggage children

  • Same as adult. 

Damage

  • The Airline shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or even delay in the delivery of any project.

Restricted items

  • Powerful magnetized materials.
  • Flammable or combustible items
  • Toxic Gases or Biohazardous Materials etc.
