Davenport is a small town in Central Florida popular for its proximity to the Walt Disney theme park making it a popular destination. Places like Lakeland and Winter Haven in Central Florida has some of the prime attractions like the Legoland resort, Westgate River Ranch resort and Orlando beaches and theme parks are just 90 minutes away from here.

Davenport is also used as a jumping point to hop on to the other locations like the Walt Disney, MGM Studios, and Lake Wales.

Balloon Rides – This is a not to be missed attractions. It’s a 3-4 hour adventure that’s going to have you talking for a long time. Schuetzen park – An erstwhile German shooting park, people can enjoy the trails inside looking for artifacts and animal watching.

Duck Creek Parkway – The parkway is a 20 mile long and passes through multiple parks as it makes its way along the Duck Creek. The parkway spanning the lowa Quad Cities has a multi-use trail which includes the scenic Mississippi riverfont trail and is connected to schools, parks, residential areas. Bike on rents are available at the Quad Cities Convention Bureau.

Great River Road National Scenic Byway – Across the Mississippi river there is this scenic national byway contains world class vistas, enticing river towns, magnificent limestone bluffs and so much more.

Sunderbruch Park Mountain Bike Trail – Encompasses magnificent off-road single track trails with different difficulty levels from green to black diamond levels. The trail boasts 2 miles of beautiful wooded scenery amidst the narrow winding trails.
